Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen once your order has shipped.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on:

• Package size/weight
• Your country/region

International orders may incur import duties and taxes, which we cannot control.

Order Processing
Please allow 1-5 days for processing your order. After it ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

For Australian orders, expect delivery in 2-7 business days. For international orders, it may take an additional 10-15 days. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier. No replacements will be issued.
